Pharmacy Care Matter’s is a pharmacy providing innovative community based pharmacy services for the NHS. We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (Registration Number 1110888). Unlike traditional pharmacies we are a non-retail pharmacy service therefore we prioritise a personal pharmacy service rather than retail sales.

At Pharmacy Care Matter’s we recognise a personal service is foremost.  Our aim is to put the patient at the centre of what we do.  We believe it is important to provide a tailor-made pharmacy service that best meets the needs of our patients.

Traditional retail pharmacies only provide pharmacy services to patients who can visit a pharmacy.  Pharmacy Care Matter’s Community Pharmacy Service is for all patients (adults and children) delivered to their home either because they are immobile or are simply too busy to visit a pharmacy. We focus on delivering our pharmacy services to patients with long-term medical conditions, patients with mental health conditions and the older people. Our primary aim is to improve the quality of life of our patients.

Pharmacy Care Matter’s Care Home Pharmacy Service is tailor-made so that it best meets the needs of the care home. We want to deliver the best pharmacy service through education and innovation. Our aim is to improve care home standards and service user safety and quality of life.
